This is the second time that I’ve used All Phase Blinds and Shutters, and once again, they’ve exceeded expectations. Wes came to measure and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The price that was quoted was the correct number the first time. There was no need to play the game of going back and forth. Kenny did an excellent job on the installation. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable as well. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Overall, a great experience from beginning through the end. Can't go wrong with the partnerships established through Costco's programs! All employees were professional, friendly and experts in their field. We are thrilled with all of our new shutters that we have had for about a month now. However, what I appreciate most about Gotcha Covered is that they, without hesitation, did warranty repair on plantation shutters that we purchased from another company, a company they acquired when the owner retired.
