HANNA IMPORTS REVIEWS

I purchased a Toyota Tacoma a few weeks ago and had a great experience at Hanna Imports. My sales rep, John L., was super helpful throughout the process and never tried to push me one way or another. He was very personable, answered all my questions, and allowed me to take the vehicle to do a pre-purchase inspection to make sure that there were no issues. The price of the truck was a good value based on KBB and was able to get a great trade in value for my previous vehicle. When finalizing the purchase order with their finance department, I was working with Sammy who was transparent and honest about their pricing breakdown. He guided me through their various protection/maintenance packages they offer which I declined and did not pressure me one way or another. They don't allow bargaining on their vehicles as they price them at fair to great value so I was okay with this. Overall, it was a professional and hassle free experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a used vehicle, I highly recommend going to John and the guys at Hanna Imports.

I had an easy car buying experience. Tony was helpful and easy sales person. I wanted to take an extended test drive, and they allowed that. Plus, they made the paperwork side easy. I think I got a solid car at a fair price (and trust me, I shopped it). Solid team and I would definitely stop by next time I’m car shopping, which will hopefully be in several years.

Andra helped me with my truck purchase and he was excellent. The price on this particular truck was the best I’ve seen. It was a wait to finish the sale but to no fault of his. Andra was personal and professional. He’s the best employee at this dealership. However Hanna Imports could definitely improve of the customer experience.

AUCTION DIRECT USA REVIEWS

I was able to walk in, tell the salesman what I was looking for as far as the style of vehicle and my budget, and he went above and beyond to show me multiple vehicles that fit the description. He was patient and walked me through the multiple vehicles, test drive them with me, and walked me through all the paperwork and what it was for. Joe is a quality employee and a great guy, and helped me from the moment I walked in the door to putting the temp tag on the car. Thank you Auction Direct and Joe for getting me into the car I’ve been waiting for.

Jordan, Neyeska and Paul are the best. They found me exactly what I was looking for and made my buying experience seem-less and fun. If you’re looking to buy a car Jordan at Auction Direct will take the best care of you.

I purchased a 22 Toyota Corolla. The process is direct and easy. Adnane was my sales consultant and Paul the finance manager worked with me. I told Adnane the stock # to the car I’m interested in and when I showed up for my appointment he had it ready for me to see. Adnane and Paul are non pushy, straight forward and professional. I’m completely satisfied.

DRIVETIME RALEIGH REVIEWS

Samuel was very helpful, he is such a wonderful person. He didn’t stop looking for us the right vehicle, until he found it, it’s just prefect. Samuel was a God gift and he assured us that he wouldn’t stop looking until he found us a car and I must say his word was his bond. I will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Drivetime and ask for him for sure. God Bless you Samuel !!!!! And Thank You.

KIM ELLIS IS THE BEST SALES PERSON EVER!!!!! Highly recommend her. Great energy. Answered every question before even having to ask. Great sense of energy. Made the process sooooooo freaking easy! LOVE HER!!!! Can’t wait to purchase future cars with her.

It was a painless experience. Pleasant people to work with. My salesman was John and he did a wonderful job of explaining how drivetime works. If you need a good, low mileage car or truck, I highly recommend them. Start out online and get your terms and they will get you riding. No no no gimmicks.
