3 Best Hotels in Raleigh, NC

I had medical appointments at Duke in February. Checked in on a Sunday and stayed here for 8 nights. All the staff is welcoming and friendly! The front staff is amazing, big shout out to Liz the night staff! She is a Blessing! Shout out to Ms. M at Starbucks forgive me for not being able to spell your name but you made my coffee fantastic,hard worker, and was always friendly and kind every morning! Shout out to the dining staff! You guys made me feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. I have had a smile on my face since checking out. Especially being able to see the veterans conference the whole weekend! Was an amazing experience that will always be in my heart! Highly recommend staying here at this hotel if you have any appointments or medical procedures at Duke Hospital.

We stayed at this location for a large, professional annual meeting. The food and food service were excellent. The location is not close to the downtown area, however they do have a shuttle for a 5 mile radius at certain times of the day. I wanted to go to the museums downtown. Danee, The Front Desk Manager, helped to arrange a shuttle for me. Brandon, from Maintenance, brought me safely to the Museum and Glenn, the shuttle driver provided some history along the way back. Great job.

Stayed here for a conference. Great place for anyone with business intentions. Several ball rooms, bar and breakfast. Rooms are outdated with janky key cards, but everything else is very nice. Great service.

Rooms were clean and the open outdoor space was very pleasant with gazebos for outdoor seating and well lit. The desk staff were super nice and informative. I brought my dog it was easy to take them out since we were on the 1st floor. No weird smells or anything that made it obviously seem like a pet friendly hotel.

Booked a room last minute. Donavon welcomed us & was extremely polite & helpful. Check in was super easy. The hot water didn’t work in our room, but Donavon was great & helped us switch rooms no problem. Breakfast was so delicious, we went back for more! I ended up accidentally leaving my cats water bowl in the room & I called down to the hotel, He called me back 5 minutes later and located the missing water bowl! Thanks Colby!! If your looking for an inexpensive hotel that’s actually nice, this is the place for you! 10/10 would recommend. They will definitely be getting our business again.

This is a two-star hotel, That said, there were beautiful and well kept courtyard areas, a great dining room for a full buffet-style breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Great water-pressure/temperature for showers. And the service was friendly and efficient, at a central location for PNC arena and other amenities in the area. Well worth the cost of the stay.
