Raleigh Diamond is the only place to buy jewelry. From the top down, the business is incredibly well run. James—the owner—has clearly made it a priority to hire personable and genuine employees. I primarily worked with Drea when shopping for my fiancé’s engagement ring. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. For example, I have trouble making decisions (at times). She let me bring in a few of my closest friends to help and effectively catered to a team of us. Most importantly, made the process ENJOYABLE. My fiancé went to several different jewelers in the Raleigh area and very specifically said I had to get her ring from Raleigh Diamond because it offered significantly superior customer service. I am now in the process of working with Drea for our wedding bands and couldn’t be more excited. Also, while we haven’t worked with him extensively, Chris should also be mentioned here. He is awesome as well. If you’re in the Raleigh area—or even in NC more generally—you should check out Raleigh Diamond and definitely ask for Drea or Chris.

I went here for buying an engagement ring. I must say they have a huge collection of rings and diamonds. Drea helped through the entire process and she is the main reason why I found perfect ring for my fiance, I wanted the ring in a day and she made it happen. James (the owner) is also a true gentleman and seemed like someone who genuinely cares for his customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for diamonds and/or rings.

I had an incredible experience here, thanks to a wonderful woman named Gabby. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better visit. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The store’s selection was fantastic, offering a great variety of adult beverages, snacks, and drinks. The best part was being able to design my ring alongside my future husband. As well as Megans cheerful and positive attitude with picking out a necklace for my wife. Both visits were extremely inviting and positive. Both parties of the sales team were great at answering any and all questions or concerns about the pieces we were discussing as well as open to ideas that we had. The engagement ring my fiance designed turned out exactly as she imagined it and we really appreciated the way that Paul kept in communication both before and after we picked up the ring.
