I contacted Todd for advice with a window problem I was experiencing. I had an installation problem with a local business and was looking for advice from another company who sold the same window. Not a local call, I was simply seeking advice and couldn't give him my business. Even knowing that, he was more than willing to talk with me and send pictures through email...all to help me resolve my problem. Dale and Tammy were awesome to work with. I received many quotes for my windows and Dale was the only one to remove his shoes upon entering my home. This may not be a big deal to some, but it is to me. The install went exceptionally well. Jeremy was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We have Triangle Exteriors perform a number of updates to our home. Most recently it was our Roof. Mike and his team always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. What really sets Triangle Exteriors apart is they don't disappear after the job is done. When our roof was being done, we also had a piece of siding that needed to be replaced. It was after hours and all of the workers had gone home. The owner of the company stuck around and did all of the work himself. Top notch group.
