Very impressed with Window World and Jason Pies. I appreciate the companies straight forward pricing model and educated sales reps. I felt as though I was getting a fair price and great product. I never felt pressure to buy or high pressure sales tactics that other companies use. Order times were exactly as quoted and communication was constant. Install was smooth and they showed up in time and cleaned up after themselves. As a realtor, I will be recommending Window World and Jason Pies to my customers.

Mad City did a great job from start to finish! Daniel and his team of installers were very professional, courteous And did a wonderful job respecting the property ! The quality of the product is great! My wife had a severe stroke two years ago and absolutely loves the shower! It is very easy for her to get in and out of with her disabilities. I would highly recommend Mad City to anybody that is looking for a New Bathroom Remodel!.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Garrett, Taylor, Brian all made this experience one of the best we’ve had for projects for our house. Garrett was very informative of what he was doing from beginning to end. He had great customer service. He knew how to talk to me and he did a remarkable job. It was everything I wanted. Taylor checked on us and made sure we didn’t have any questions and Brian was wonderful with setting everything up. This was not just cosmetic for us. AJ was a very knowledgeable and patient salesman. He took time to answer all my questions and helped me get the best pricing possible. Our installer was Pedro, who did an excellent job and installed the tub with no help. I was impressed that he was able to remove the old tub and complete the job in one day. Our only hiccup in the process was the company had estimated 6-8 weeks before the tub could get installed, but then it came super quick. I had other work being done and couldn't schedule the install right away, and they wanted to charge a storage fee. It all worked out in the end, but more accurate timelines would have been helpful.
