We woke up one Saturday morning to what appeared to be a small sink-hole in our yard, only to determine that it was our septic tank that had failed and collapsed. We reached out immediately to three local companies to come and assess, repair/replace. A-1 was the only one who returned our call promptly on a Saturday, sent a guy to assess and guide us through what ultimately was a complete replacement.
