Colin Harrington, Fabrication Manager at USA Flooring, did a magnificent and thorough job installing the runner on our staircase! The runner looks simply fantastic and adds elegance to the surrounding areas of our home (see photos). We have used USA Flooring this year for carpet purchases and installations on two houses and were extremely satisfied. The Mohawk brand, known for its high quality and durability, was used in all three installations.

Daniel Robertson was great to work with. He was very helpful from carpet selection to installation. I would highly recommend working with him. This is the second time we have worked with him and will be the person we call in the future. The store provided and excellent selection which gave us many options. And the installers did a fantastic job.

As a real estate & design professional, I cannot give enough praise to USA Flooring!! They are an integral and trusted part of my business and enjoy working with such an efficient team! Also, Kathryn at the Raleigh, NC location is my go to rep there! 5-Stars across the board.

I had recently had work done on my rental house and A-1 really came through. They were a delight to work with followed up on calls easy to get a hold of. Gave me great options on different choices to go with the rest of the house give my stairs a great flow and liven up the inner decor. Workers were professional and polite always leaving the house cleaner then when they came in. would love to have them in my next project and would give my recommendations to anyone needing any renovations done A-1 floors is the way to go.

Searched around Raleigh for a good flooring company for a LVP install. A-1 floors came in at a fair price, had great looking options, and a plan for install (previous flooring was DIY and some of floor needed leveling). They did all that I asked them to, turned out very nice, and was installed in one day. I would definitely use them again and recommend! Thank you A-1 floors.

A1 floors did a wonderful job. We had carpeting installed throughout our home. It was quick and efficient. Everyone worked together from start to finish. The installers worked as a team and it looks great. Thanks A1.

We loved every part of working with Carolina In Home Flooring. David Redd was very personable, easy to get in touch with, and answered questions fully. The installation team worked quickly, consulted with us for design clarifications and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up after themselves very well - something we have had an issue with for previous flooring projects. We got in touch with Carolina In Home Flooring through the Costco Rewards program, which was an added benefit and helped keep costs down. We would highly recommend using Carolina In Home for your flooring projects.

David and the team of installers were outstanding. They were always professional, friendly, and they did an excellent job of communication. All of the promised timelines were met and the work was completed as promised with what appears to be a great installation job. We will certainly use David and his team for our future projects.

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Carolina In Home Flooring through Costco. I met with David to go over flooring choices and he did very detailed measurements to provide an estimate. Herman kept me up to date on my order and install scheduling. Oscar and his crew finished my upstairs and downstairs in 2 days. I am so happy with the results! Highly recommend them.
