Hi I'm very pleased to say my experience with this company and their technician. Was very good he was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do. Give a little advice and I listened. He seemed very interested in helping me as much as he could. I talked to dispatch about getting a extra key made and I wasn't going to because of the price but once I spoke to Mr. Eric the technician he sold me on the idea. So he made me another key. Took him less than 5 minutes to unlock my door. 10 minutes to make the key. I was impressed with his knowledge and his skills. I VERY HAPPY! THANKS AGAIN Mr.Eric K. Have a wonderful weekend Sir.

What a great experience. When I called and described my problem, I was told they could help me and would be there in 45 minutes on a Sunday. They arrived in the time period and quickly solved my problem at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the business and the very personable and talented owner who came to my rescue.

I highly recommend F.A. Locksmith! They came out to install a new lock for my kitchen and rekeyed all my other doors to match the new key. The work itself was great, but the one thing that really sets them apart is their outstanding communication. With most vendors, you get a date and time, and if something comes up, you're left completely in the dark. F.A. Locksmith kept me thoroughly updated on the lock delivery status and their exact arrival time. They had to take care of an emergency lockout right before my appointment, and they actually let me know instead of just showing up late. I really appreciated that level of respect for my time. Great service all around!

My car keys were stolen and I needed help fast to get another set made. Mario came within an hour, got me and new set of keys and I was ready to roll! Will never use another locksmith again - FA Locksmith is the only company I will use!

They are fast and efficient, he was there within 10 mins. Jonah was beyond amazing!!!! He came unlocked my storage unit lock. Even helped my brother & I unload my couch to put into my storage unit!

AJ was a huge help today! He gave me a few options and saved me a lot of money. A mechanic wanted to charge me a ton of money to replace my ignition switch. Turned out it was just a worn out key and a much more affordable fix.

Lisa and AJ took great care of me! Programmed my generic key fob and set me up with a second, Nissan-branded (not pictured, sorry) fob as well. VERY knowledgeable. Great customer service.
