Had my inspection done today by Thomas. He was in and out. Especially friendly. Then Joel came around to fix my blinds and light under the hood. Got it fixed and out the door. Friendly service. Nice conversation. Totally Recommend Ava to anyone. My year here has been a joy

Always impressed by the staff of the building very friendly and eager to help with any questions or concerns. Thomas, Chad and the rest of the maintenance team is top notch and dont just provide the minimum, they do solid work and ensure it is done in a timely fashion.
