AVA Queen Anne

Touring AVA Queen Anne apartments was super easy. The building looks great from the outside and inside. The unit I toured was very clean and modern looking. The amenities looked great as well. The fitness area wasn’t very big, but they have a lot of equipment and there was only two people in there when I toured. The rooftop has an amazing view of Elliot Bay. I ended up applying and plan to move in. The process was very easy and quick. The staff that have helped me out were all helpful, kind, and quick to respond when communicating via e-mail.

Moved in about a month ago and everything has been superb! Mike and Dylan are amazing maintenance techs both super responsive, proactive, and helpful. Liana the leasing office rep worked with us every step of the way to get us the best possible deal - even securing us a promotion for two months of rent that we had no idea even existed, but was apparently eligible for. Ray is the most caring and never lets anyone wait around for help at the leasing office. Wonderful team of people to have at my new home!

AVA Queen Anne is a great place! We love working here as a vendor. They truly care about their residents and especially their pets!
