Again above and beyond service from Hub who we have used for many years. Troubleshooting a dryer issue, the technician was not satisfied until he found the root cause. He took the dryer apart and clean all the lint, reset the thermostat, cleaned the vent line and then when as he thought more about the issue he went out our window on to the fire balcony and cleaned the vent on the outside wall. Now that is great service! I am a big fan of HUB.

Excellent, quick service! They answered the phone and had a good idea of the problem just by my description and by asking a couple of questions. The technicians brought the part with them to the service call, they were knowledgeable, and they fixed the problem during their initial visit! Saved me so much time and money when I thought I would need a new dryer. I am so happy with HUB Appliance Co and I highly recommend them.

I recently had problems with my refrigerator and contacted Hub Appliance. They responded quickly and the technician arrived at the appointed time. I needed a follow up with parts and again they returned as planned and completed the repairs. Both Tom and Nick were prompt, professional, and competent. I would recommend them highly.

SAME DAY APPLIANCE REPAIR REVIEWS

An excellent service repairman came quickly to diagnose our broken dishwasher. He soon had diagnosed the problem, a broken water pump. He didn't have a replacement unit in stock, but explained they come quickly We paid for the pump and installation. 4 days later it was fixed (one day was Sunday). He explained what he was doing and fixed it quickly. Very professional and pleasant. One of the best service calls we've ever had. Thanks, Same Day Appliance.

I can not recommend this company enough! Our technician was Tristan and he was as nice as you could ask for. He explained what he was doing at every step, he was incredibly courteous and kept the work area clean. My GE fridge is running like a top and even the price was better than I had expected. If I need work again, he is the first guy on my list!

Jeff was one of the most outstanding mechanics I’ve ever met. He came out to fix our Miele dishwasher. I was so impressed with his insight, patience and knowledge about the equipment. He’s a dishwasher whisperer! I know he can fix ANYTHING! Thanks Jeff and Same Day Service Co! You are my people!

I am a capable home handyman and do a lot of appliance repairs myself. I recently used ABV for 2 appliance repairs at a second home in Somerville. The technicians were right on time, clean & neat, very knowledgeable and worked with good attention to detail. The problems were diagnosed accurately and repairs were done correctly and quickly. Overall, I think ABV is excellent service, a very good value. One of the repairs was quite a bit of work (stacked dryer/washer in a small space), and considering the effort I think the price was very fair. I highly recommend ABV for anyone needing a trustworthy appliance repair service.

Great experience yesterday with ABV Appliance. Called in the morning with dryer making funny sounds. Scheduled a home visit between 4-7 same day. Technician called in advance like they said, arrived on time, and communicated very well. Artem was excellent. Spent 2.5 hours on the machine and fixed it with new motor idler he had in his car. Thoroughly cleaned and answered questions. Great job

Amazing service. Alex knew exactly what he was doing, was able to assess the problem with my dishwasher. Had it fixed and I haven’t had any issues since. He was very professional, and took the time to explain to me the issue. Would highly recommend.
