We are so glad to have found Eric (owner) and Juan (master craftsman)! We needed our back stairs replaced and Juan went above and beyond with his meticulous details and craftsmanship! Both Eric, who was on site daily, and Juan kept us updated from start to finish. In addition, Juan returned for Project #2 to repair areas under our sunroom. He guided us in the best choice of materials and both jobs came out beautifully!!!

We were immediately impressed with the speed of Ivy’s response to our request for an estimate for our bathroom renovation, Marvin came out exactly the day and time that was agreed upon and got to inspecting the bathroom. A day or 2 later Ivy got back to us with a comprehensive and detailed estimate and we quickly agreed to it. Marvin again came out some time later and we informed them that since we only have 1 bathroom that it would be imperative that they do it during our yearly vacation so we could vacate our house and leave them to do the job. We took an enormous leap of faith with Mavy home improvement but once we met Marvin, we felt really good about leaving our home in his hands. Marvin and Ivy’s lines of communication during the work was more than impressive, we received almost daily updates of the work with pictures and whenever there was a design or materials question , we’d get a call from Marvin asking what we wanted done. We received word that the job was completed a full 4 days before we got home along with pictures of the completed bathroom renovation. Marvin then did a walkthrough of the job and explained all the work they did with my wife. We reiterated that we could not be happier with the finished job or more satisfied with the level of customer service and communication they showed to us as clients. I know the apprehension of hiring a contractor and hoping for someone who is honest and of the highest integrity, well it’s Mavy home improvement. We are already asking Marvin and Ivy for quotes on the next project we’d like them to do!

Marvin started with a site visit and provided recommendations how we could renovate our bathroom and Ivy was able to quickly provide estimates for the cost of the project. Compared to other contractors that I spoke to, their prices were very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. In addition, they were flexible and allowed us to adjust the score of the project when we wanted more work done. We were very happy with our experience working with Mavy Home Improvements and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for home repairs/renovations.
