Gary arrived on time, with an apprentice. He went right to work, explaining everything for the apprentice along the way. His teaching was so good that I stayed to watch and listen. He also explained to me issues that might come up in a year or so, based on the age of the door (30+ years). He replaced worn parts and exterior key pad, ensuring that everything worked and that the door opened and closed smoothly. I would definitely recommend Gary again.
