We first met our Kitchen designer, Malaika Minor this past Fall when we started our kitchen renovation. Malaika was very friendly and attentive from the very beginning. Being homeowners and never dealing with this extensive renovation project, Malaika was able make it easier in explaining the whole process to us in detail with her knowledge and expertise. Our kitchen renovation is finally complete and Malaika was amazing. She's a professional through and through. We appreciate all of her hard work and recommendations throughout this whole experience. We love our new kitchen and how it all came together beautifully. I would highly recommend Malaika to anyone who is looking to renovate their kitchen or bath. Thank you for all of your dedication and patience. It was a such a pleasure working with you.

We would highly recommend Norfolk Kitchen & Bath/Boston! All the staff were very professional and worked diligently to complete our new kitchen. We are very happy with Merri Ao, our Designer, at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath. She did a fantastic job designing our kitchen. We love our beautiful kitchen! Scott Walsh, the Project Manager, oversaw our entire project with the Norfolk Kitchen & Bath carpenters and USA Tile and Painting Corp. installers. USA Tile installed the backsplashes in the kitchen and bar area. They all provided high quality work. John, the Head Carpenter, worked out problems with our HVAC person on the gas vent. His workers - Kevin, Pat, Matt, Mentor and Spencer were all great too.

I was very pleased with the expertise of the design representative, Merry A. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. She provided valuable recommendations that made my kitchen and bath remodel a painless experience.

The team at Metropolitan Cabinets and Countertops are incredibly knowledgeable, are there to answer any questions, and easy to work with. We are now working with them on our third project. We purchased the standard line for one project and one project was custom. We have been SO happy with the quality of their craftsmanship. Their designers truly listen. Our kitchens and baths are beautiful. We just finished our latest design with Pedro. It is a large project where his knowledge of design and function helped create plans that we cannot wait to enjoy. Bridget is a master at helping choose cabinet finish, countertops, tile and accessories that bring everything together. She was amazingly able to narrow down selections based on our vision and show us additional choices that we might not have considered.

Marie designed a gorgeous kitchen for us as we renovated our old 1966 kitchen. We love the excellent quality of our new cabinets and the look! They are beautiful and the hardware works perfectly. Very sturdy construction and finish. Love these cabinets and loved working with Marie!.

Maribel was a pleasure to work with. She’s knowledgeable, creative, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Her thoughtful suggestions helped us refine our vision and explore some great layout options.

BOSTON FURNISHING REVIEWS

We had Vardan install 10 IKEA kitchen cabinets. We live in a 1930s colonial home where nothing is level, nothing is flush, and no wall is plumb. Vardan did an excellent job taking that into account and ensuring that the cabinets were installed perfectly level. He also did a great job installing trim, panels, and even was able to replace historic colonial trim with modern colonial trim around one of our doors. We are very happy with how everything came out and would enthusiastically recommend Vardan and use him in the future.

Vardan was very communicative in scheduling a time to fix our queen sized murphy bed that had come out of alignment. Arriving punctually 5 mins early, which was a pleasant surprise for any service call, he spent 2+ hours troubleshooting and then fixing the issue. Couldn’t recommend Vardan more! Very fair price and high quality work.

Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely fashion and besides the furniture assembly they mounted my 75” TV on the wall. Very satisfied!.
