When drainage water was leaking from the base of my basement toilet at 1 a.m. I tried calling various local companies for help. All their websites claimed to provide emergency service and had 24/7 telephone lines. I called 3 other companies, was only able to leave a message at two of them, and none of them ever got back to me. I called Roto-Rooter and got someone on the phone immediately. They told me that someone could come between 8-10 a.m. and that I would get a text confirming that. I got the text and they called me at 7:30 to confirm. The plumber, Elvys, contacted me before arriving to get a description of the problem. He arrived around 9 a.m. as promised. He and his associate Simon were thoroughly professional, competent and pleasant. They were able to complete all necessary repairs that morning and explained everything to me. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Ramon went above and beyond to unclog our seriously clogged kitchen sink drain pipe. And while you may be thinking, “isn’t this what Roto-Rooter does, so why the 5-star review?” The answer is simple: Great customer service, easy to schedule, accommodating on adjusting the timing of the appointment. In addition to all that, Ramon was professional and completed the job (which was not a quick fix nor was it a clean one) with a smile. Would definitely recommend!

Brandon did an outstanding job fixing the sewer drain blockage in our home, working efficiently and with impressive expertise. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth, leaving our plumbing in perfect condition.

Vaughan is great- they were so fast to come out and take a look and scheduled the work for the next day. Brandon was super nice- my kids were very interested in what they were doing and he even brought up a bucket to show them all the dirty stuff that came out of an old pipe! We’ve used Vaughan several times and will definitely use again.

Quick response, arrived on time, very professional. Completed job in 1 hour at a reasonable price. Have used this company several times before and will continue to call them for our plumbing needs.

Vaughan plumbing was called to replace our hot water heater which was in bad shape. They did a great job! Very happy with their work.
