Customer service prior to installation was fantastic. Dave who installed our system was also fantastic! He spent hours at our home installing the alarm system; answered many questions, assisted in teaching us about the features on the app, the control panel and customized our camera views. The system has been wonderful. I would highly recommend Alarm New England.

Best decision I made was getting their security system to protect my home . Seems pricy at first but they have financing options to help you out . You’ll be able to sleep or be at work with a peace of mind knowing your homes protected. Technician Jon P from ADT was great to work with highly recommend him , he was super informative of the packages provided and also of what needed to get done in order to install the outdoor cameras and the wall panel.

Matt was fantastic—extremely thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure all our questions were answered. We feel much more confident in our security setup thanks to his expertise.

Mike did a great job installing our system and walking me through the options specific to our home. It was super smooth and he was easy to work with.

AFA has been our monitoring company for years and we are very happy with the service they provide to us. The central station operators are extremely professional and always ready to answer any questions. We deal with the Boston office, in particular, Deb O'Sullivan. To say Deb is an integral part of our success is an understatement. Deb is always available to assist with any issues that arise and will always make time to assist with ANY problems that may arise. There is no question that AFA will always be our partner is our monitoring needs.

My employer has used AFA for alarm monitoring for several years now and we have been very pleased with our experiences. Deb in the office is very responsive and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to help ensure that we have the best equipment and service possible. Jimmy, "our" service tech, is a great guy. He goes out of his way to make sure that we know when he will be on site and what he is working on while he's here. All of our interactions with him have been top notch.

AFA Technicians are always professional. They respond to reset and service calls immediately. I have worked with Jason Lees, Patrick Connolly, and Pete Withington for many years and the service they provide is exemplary. The systems in place provided by AFA are state of the art and provide safety assurance for the building.
