Took in a detachable 2 TB hard drive for repair after I accidentally dropped it. It took a while, between the fact that I brought it in over the holidays and the repair process revealing that the hard drive was already starting to go even before it was damaged, but I got back nearly all of my data. The owner was consistently helpful, and even gave me a discount for the time it took and the fact that they couldn't quite recover everything. If I or anybody I know ever has problems with a computer, I will happily go back to Back Bay Computer or recommend them.

When Dell failed to diagnose why the internet connection on my new computer was so weak, I turned to Sam, and I’m very happy I did. He almost immediately came up with the solution, that I needed an external antenna — a solution that seems obvious in retrospect, but that for various reasons was a lot less than obvious at the time. Sam’s charges for his diagnostic skill and his advice were also very reasonable. If I have another problem with my computer, I will certainly turn to him.

Sam is the best! My MacBook’s display broke and I needed a replacement ASAP and he got it done within an hour. He was very helpful and friendly and prices were fair. Highly recommend Back Bay Computer.

Mr Wang is extremely kind, professional, and honest. It’s hard to find businesses whose owners have so much integrity, and Mr Wang impressed me with how he handled my case. My thinkpad screen broke and he ordered two different screens to replace my original but unfortunately neither of them were compatible with my laptop. Even though my screen couldn’t be repaired, he didn’t charge me at all despite the labor and the parts he had to order. I wish him much success with his business.

WangPC diagnosed the black screen issue with my laptop quickly and professionally. After discovering that my laptop was still under factory warranty, I decided not to proceed with the repair through WangPC. Despite this, they did not charge me for the diagnostic service. I truly appreciate WangPC Repair Store for their honesty and excellent customer care. Thank you for putting customers first.

The best , quick support , I had some failures and since I'm having problems at home, they helped me with everything, they picked up my computer and they have helped me. They are the best. I recommend them.

Yes!!! The coolest little repair shop, with an awesome vintage computing museum on display. They recycle electronics for free, and rent vintage equipment for movie/ theater props. Super friendly owner, Tim. I don’t have anything in need of repair at the moment, but next time I do, I’ll come here. So glad we walked by and stopped in.

Great place and great service i still have yet to bring a computer that this guy can't fix. He also is very knowledgeable with helping you set up new devices I recommend 100%.

Amazing! Fixed the funky lines/colors on my old laptop's display, that appeared after I dropped it. Got it back in a day. Saved me 100-700 dollars other computer repair shops would have charged me.
