Pro Painting Services is by far the most professional company I have ever worked with period. Peter was extremely responsive. I called him in the morning to repaint a new business studio space (2 rooms totaling ~3,000 sq. ft.); he made time to come by in person that same afternoon to assess our needs. He also provided suggestions for the best way to repair some parts of the walls and to apply our paint colors to be most aesthetically pleasing. He provided a very fair quote later that day and we came to an agreement on the price shortly after with him accommodating our budget as a new business opening. He and his partner Simon were able to make time in their schedule to start the paining job just a few days later. They estimated needing 4 days to paint and ended up finishing early in just 2.5 days because they worked extra on those days. They updated me on the progress throughout, but were largely autonomous. It was such a relief to totally trust and rely on them. My husband and I came back to see the finished product and our business space looks absolutely AMAZING! They totally transformed our space and we know our clients will absolutely love it. Despite his busy schedule, he managed to fit us in. The estimate on price was exactly spot on. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Simon and his team then cleaned and mopped the floors for us to make sure the apartment looked spotless. I even asked Simon and his team for some last-minute changes and it came out perfectly. My place hasn't been painted in over 8 years and was in need of an update. I had a few quotes come through and CertaPro was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. They seemed the most organized and in the contract there's 2 year warranty. They were the most professional. The job ending up being excellent. They removed nails, filled the holes and it looks brand new.
Rich (owner) thoroughly evaluated our project in person and provided a reasonable affordable estimate. Sonia (administrator) was very responsive and quick to setup the contract and help us setup a consultation for colors. Vitor did the main painting and was very thorough and efficient, working around our new home sale.
