I’m really happy with the Service. I hadn’t had my chimney, cleaned in years. and I started noticing a weird smell. When using the fireplace. They came out. They did a full inspection. They cleaned everything early, and they even found a small crack in a liner that I didn’t know about super professional on time and explained everything clearly definitely will use them again before winter.

I had a fantastic experience with Chimcare Boston! From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and thorough. The team arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, and took great care to keep everything clean while working. They explained the process clearly and even gave me helpful maintenance tips. My chimney looks and functions better than ever! I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Bob's Chimney took care of our chimney repair after a branch fell on it. They replaced the broken sections and made the whole structure solid again. The work was neat and the price was fair. We are extremely satisfied and the chimney looks brand new.

Great job! The crew was prompt and professional. They explained the whole process and showed me pictures before and after the repair. I will definitely use Bob' s chimney team again for my annual service.

I have to say your company has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Fantastic follow up, professionalism, friendly and competent team. I was very impressed with everyone I interacted with. The quality of the masonry and chimney liner team was outstanding. Our hundred year old chimney was leaning from our second roof up. Best chimney set up scaffolding and rebuilt the chimney. Great work and tidy on cleanup. We also had a liner installed and new vent piping installed to meet code. Again great work and tidy cleanup in our basement. Boston chimney took care of everything from permit to inspection.

Nate was excellent and took good care of us. He was in our house multiple times due to the nature of the work being done and he was always very professional and never left a mess behind. Our experience dealing with the office staff was very positive as well. Everyone was very responsive and fair in our dealings. We are very happy and will continue to use Best Chimney for our annual sweep. Keep up the great work.

I was super impressed with both their work and their customer service. They originally came to re-point my chimney and add a cap because of some heat issues we were having and the job ended up being more complex. They were super transparent the whole time and even squeezed us in to finish the job so we didn’t have to take our scaffolding down. I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed chimney work.
