I recently moved into a new house and wanted to have the entire HVAC system inspected and serviced to ensure everything was in good working order. Rafael came out for the maintenance call, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. Rafael took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and walked me through all the potential upgrades that could improve its efficiency and performance. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated as a new homeowner. I’d highly recommend Sila to anyone needing HVAC service.

Brian came to diagnose a noise we've been hearing in our furnace. From my audio recording he was quickly able to identify there's an issue with our burner. After a full investigation, he explained the issue to me and then called our landlord to make sure they got the correct information on what repairs needed to be made. Brian was professional and very nice and thorough!

Nick was awesome! I bugged him with all kinds of questions about how all the things work inside the boiler and he was very patient and did a great job explaining that and all of the work he is doing. Loyal customer with Sila here for life for sure thanks to guys like Nick!

I cannot say enough about the quality and customer service delivered by Boston Standard. Marlon and Brian went above and beyond to get us up and running with a heat pump in 2 days. Nic modeled true White Glove service to get us the needed zero interest Heat Loan approval and the "other Nick" ensured good quality. More importantly, he made sure I understood how to operate the new heating system. It was time to move on from.. thank you Boston Standard, Mass Save and Tremont Credit Union for getting us there.

Timely and great communication. Once they arrived they noted my boiler has a service kit and there are some items that should be replaced in my boiler once a year so they had to come back a few days later. Only recommendation is that this be checked prior to arrival and communicated to eliminate need to come back. Other than that great service

Boston standard is reliable dependable and professional. I've had several visits from them to address an issue that wasn't even their work. They responded quickly and set my mind at ease by fixing the problem , professionally and fairly. I highly recommend them!

Jim C. is prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Old thermostat was not communicating. We were freezing. Jim explained the job to me in simple terms. After installing a new thermostat, he checked the boiler to make sure the install was completed. Great customer service on Jim's part. Last night, our thermostat stopped working, so we had Evan come over to take a look. He was able to fix it in just 5 minutes! He also took the time to explain the details of our HVAC system and helped us change the filter. Really appreciate his quick, helpful service!

Serviced two boilers and three mini splits. Great service by the technician, and easy scheduling with fair pricing. I recommend ARS to everyone I know since I found them two years ago when we purchased new mini splits.
