Pete's Appliances

Our fridge broke on a Friday and were gonna find much better prices on a short notice from them than from Marketplace or anywhere. Their selection was pretty good for a small appliance store, with a wide range of prices. I think anyone could find something to fit them there. They also were really good about giving us info on discounts with the local electric company and things like that. Their soonest delivery date was the following Wednesday, so I went ahead and paid for that and then said I would see if I could get someone to move it sooner than that. The owner gave me her personal number to text her, and was super flexible and responsive when I contacted her over the weekend for self pickup. She also immediately refunded me the delivery fee! Great professionalism and A+ customer service. Will go back for other appliance needs in the future.

Great customer service! From answering the phone to setting an appointment to coming out and doing the repairs. They were on time for the appointment and repaired our oven quickly. They had to order a part for our dishwasher and within a few days they had the part and immediately called back to set up an appointment to finish the repairs. I would strongly recommend Pete’s Appliances for any type of service.

Pete’s appliances staff has been polite and professional. Great service from purchase to install. They even gave a recommendation for a responsive plumber, unfortunately that plumber charged outrageous hourly ($300/hr to switch out new faucets). Dishwasher is in and working correctly. They even took the old dishwasher(s).
