Advance Auto Parts Madison

We were on our way through Madison when the motor on our car blew. We made it into the parking lot of this Advance Auto Parts store. Shane, who's an employee there, was soooo very helpful and tried everything he could to get our car going (at that time we did not know yet what was wrong). He went out of his way to help. Seriously, if every employee anywhere would be this kind and take customer service to this level, people would come back to enjoying shopping in person.

Very nice employee answered my call. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and well-mannered. Showed me where the part I needed was located. I was able to check and recharge my Air conditioner. They can't work on the car, but they saved me hundreds! I was helped by Tony and the problem was solved.

Nicholas was incredibly helpful in helping me to select and install a battery. Normally installing a battery isn't that hard, but my 15-year old battery (!!!) was corroded pretty badly and required a heck of a lot of attention in order to replace it. Nicholas went above and beyond in cleaning out the mess and putting the new one in. Probably took a good 20 minutes, but he did it with a very positive attitude, and cracked a lot of funny jokes too. Super helpful and I really appreciate how great the service was. Thank you!
