BMW Seattle staff is professional, friendly, transparent and honest. After my mother’s car was recently totaled in an accident, she needed to find a new car ASAP. English is a second language for her and after having several negative experiences at other dealerships, finding a new car was the last thing she wanted to do. BMW Seattle was exceptional to work with at every level of the car buying process! We worked with Benson who was incredibly knowledgeable and dependable. There was never any pressure from him. Our X3 was absolutely gorgeous and has everything we want. The staff were professional, kind, and respectful. Colin from Sales is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He was patient and worked with us to get a deal that was attractive and well within our budget. He knew everything about the vehicle and gave us the complete rundown. He got us all set up with the tech and gave us helpful and important tips. He is truly a genius and a great asset to BMW. While closing the deal, Andy from Finance was great and explained everything well. The facility looked fantastic and has an awesome customer waiting area with many amenities. Just bought a brand new X7 and wow awesome car. But what was also awesome was our sales advisor Benson Yim he is the most caring, knowledgeable leader that we worked with. I’ll by my next car again from Benson and hope others get with him for a truly remarkable sales experience!
