I had an excellent experience at WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Austin. The whole team was great, but Aaron especially stood out. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service, which is rare these days. My car came out looking fantastic, and the overall experience was smooth and efficient. Big thanks to Aaron for the outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We love this car wash! Calvin is awesome and deserves a raise. He was so helpful and is a great professional. They have clean and efficient facilities and I love how strong their vaccums are. Definitely left feeling like I got our car detailed.

Me and my friend honestly had the best car wash experience ever here. Jaydon was very helpful and pressure washed our rubber mats for us! They haven’t looked this clean in years lol. Our friend got the membership here and I can see why! I think we might get one too.

JURASSIC CAR WASH-SOUTH CONGRESS REVIEWS

I’ve been going to this place for 5 yrs. It’s my favorite car wash and the service is always great. Prices have not changed and they’ve remained consistent since I’ve been going. Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by Martin! He was so kind and made sure to hand dry my mirrors and windshield for a streak free shine! He also pointed me in the right direction to get my tires checked. Thank so much Martin! I appreciated your help and kindness today.

Ive been washing my car here for years and I can’t say enough about it. Idk if it’s the whimsical dinosaurs or what but the vibe really reminds me of old Austin. Everything is clean and in good working order and Hector really works overtime to make sure your experience is positive. I had a minor issue this weekend with one of the bays and he really went above and beyond to make it right. A true 10/10.

The car wash is great and fair priced. They have a vending machines with some extra items you may need. Hector went out of his way to make sure everything worked effectively.

The team is very fast while still doing an amazing, detailed job every single time. My car always comes out spotless and looking brand new. The membership pricing is completely worth it for the quality of service you get — especially considering how efficient and consistent they are. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hand car wash experience in Austin.

I called the shop in the morning to schedule a full interior and exterior cleaning for a mid-size SUV. They recommended between 2 and 3pm. I arrived, and they got right to work! The carpet was shampooed, floor mats scrubbed, the beige leather interior deep cleaned, and everything wiped down. They have very efficient processes and worked well as a team. Not to mention the free, ice-cold 512 IPA! I was very pleased and will definitely go back. Thanks.

I just needed a basic wash and interior clean and they exceeded my expectations. Friendly crew, quick work, and attention to detail - great value for the price. Highly recommend.
