We needed help urgently with our garage door and they were able to send a repair man that same day and were able to do the repair right then and there. Our repair man was SUPER cool and nice and we felt very comfortable with the product we were purchasing (and were given a thorough explanation of our options). Customer service was also very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend these guys!!!
