Robert's came well-referred to me from my realtor. They were super responsive, replying within a couple hours of my initial email to schedule a time - on New Year's Day no less. My technician, Morris, did an excellent job walking me through the repair and explaining the various options. He quoted a "repair" and an "upgrade" option, without pushing the up-sell on me. He came back the next day for the installation on-time and I'm very happy with the work and pricing seemed very reasonable. Definitely will recommend them in the future - thanks, Morris!

We had a really good experience with Robert’s Garage Door. Fifteen minutes after I called, Morris was at our home. He had all the parts with him to replace two springs and upgrade wheels on the tracks. Within half an hour, all work was done! We are so happy to have found a great company that does great work!
