I am so happy to have bought a lovely new home the castlebrooke by Homes By Dickerson. This would be my 4th time buying a new construction. two were in New York City, One in Ct. I was scared of buying again after horrible experience with different home builders, from Flooding damage in my first week of my home, and many other problems in the new build. Especially one the warranty wears off. In this occasion I am happy to say I received exemplary service by their staff. Especially Peter Winkler community Sales Manager and Nick Hastings. At the end of the one year warranty was able to take care of all that was on my punch list and some other that came up after my one year anniversary. I am so happy with my home, it was beautifully build.

My wife and I had an incredible experience working with Homes by Dickerson for our home build. They were transparent and responsive throughout the many phases of the build process. They were receptive to and promptly addressed our concerns. We are extremely happy with our decision to build a home with Homes by Dickerson and are really appreciative of their entire team, particularly our project manager

We do not regret building our custom home with Homes by Dickerson! It was a supportive, quality, and pleasurable experience throughout. Whether it was selecting our lot with Susan, designing our home with Katherine, or progressing through the building process with Chad, the HbD team was communicative, responsive, and customer-service oriented all along the way. We couldn't be happier and are grateful we had such an enjoyable time with this important and potentially stressful undertaking!
