We have known Cody and his family for more than 3 years coaching and playing with them at North Boise Little League. We had an opportunity to work with him on a new home in the Eagle area and could not be more happy with what Solitude built for us which we have lived in now for over 1 year. We trusted Solitude's team with all of the design choices and were able to relax and enjoy the entire process from start to finish. During the year that we have lived in our house, if there were any issues, Jeff Weight was on top of handling it and getting it taken care of. We chose to get a home inspection done prior to moving in and Jeff took the inspector's check list tackling each minor issue quickly and effectively. From sitting down with Cody to review the plans, to living in our home during the entire warranty period, Solitude homes has been a first rate experience. We highly recommend using them to build your new or next home!

My company has worked with Solitude Homes for several years now doing all of their low voltage wiring. As a sub for this builder you generally see a different side of the builder than the customer sees. My experience with Cody has been nothing but top notch! The quality of the homes, to the timeliness of getting paid, to the A1 service provided by the general contractors. Solitude homes built our dream home, and it turned out beautiful! Kevin was great to work with, and the company was very flexible in adding the changes we wanted in the original design.
