My experience with Alex at this location was 11/10!!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We had been looking at rings a several other places and the experience had been okay until we went to Robbins Brothers. Alex had amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable about the diamonds and rings. He never rushed us and did everything in his power to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Even when things weren’t going according to plan, he stayed positive and never stopped looking for solutions. I definitely recommend working with Alex. He honestly made our dream come true. He has earned a lifetime customer and I will be referring him to anyone I know that needs it!

I came here to get an engagement ring and knew the basics about buying a setting and diamond but not really into depth. The lady that helped me was Marjorie E. and she was tremendously helpful, i had a-lot of questions and kept asking for extra info and she was friendly and patient the whole time, will definitely be coming back to get the wedding bands here. Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect ring for my now fiancée, she loved it!
