This business is the best! We have contacted them following vandalism or repair/replacement of malfunctioning locks in our multi-story condo building. The technician is always prompt and professional. The repairs are always complete and longlasting. Following building breakins, he took the time to discuss and recommend ways to deter entry. The repair price is always fair, and if he comes on site and discovers a situation where he does not have exactly what he needs, he does not charge extra for the return trip as do many businesses. Recently I referred a friend to Ballard Lock and Key. He was able to fix the lock within 10 minutes, at no charge! What, who offers free service? Occaisionally, Ballard Lock and Key!!! Call them, trust them to offer excellent service!

Excellent work. Fast, some of the highest quality locksmith work we've had, friendly, and the bill was actually lower than we expected as well. They even came out same day, though that was because of an unexpected opening in their schedule. Our job was a bit tricky too with a couple difficult locks and some sticky locks, but they handled it all easily. Very happy with their work.

Hands down the best locksmith experience I have ever had. If you live in the greater Seattle area this is the only place you should trust to get the job done.
