Preston was awesome! We have used new element twice and they have been great both times. They responded to us faster than the other local locksmiths and worked quickly. Preston was very polite and even assisted our customer who was carrying a large tote.

These guys are awesome! I had an emergency at 7am and placed a phone call...Eric arrived on the scene shortly thereafter and helped me fix the tough issue at hand. He spent 8 hours working with me to make sure it was done right and everything was working properly! Definitely use these guys when you're in a bind!

Great customer service! Super nice guys kept me updated as to their arrival and Jarrd even offered me his coat (it was freezing) while he got my keys out of the car! I was blown away with how nice these dudes were!
