Lifetime Windows & Doors

We replaced 12 ancient wood windows in October 2023, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We worked with Matt to create the initial quote. Matt recognized some potential pitfalls, and so brought in Sean, who had worked extensively with our HOA before and knew their (strict) requirements. Sean's knowledge helped ensure we got architectural approval on the first try. (!) Enrique led our installation, and we were delighted with the results from his team. Our old windows had lead paint, so we stayed in a hotel while his team worked. Enrique kept us up-to-date with phone calls, and in rainy October weather, still managed to finish a 2.5-day install job (with lead paint protocols) a half day early. The work was pristine, with no changes or touch-ups needed.

I had a new exterior door and second story window installed by Lifetime Windows and Doors recently and couldn't be happier with the experience. Sean spent quite a bit of time with me explaining various choices and product costs. Pricing was competitive and their products are high quality. Sonia, Lifetime's project manager, scheduled the installation and assigned a top quality team. Josh and Kyle handled the installation and couldn't have been more respectful to us and careful with their work. Even our dog liked them. The window was in a challenging location for painting the trim so rather than paying a lot of money later to have it done, I asked if they could drop off the trim wood beforehand so I could pre-paint it. They did and it worked seamlessly. The entire Lifetime Windows and Doors team is customer focused and take pride in their work. I would select them again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish the whole experience was great. Shaun the sales person went out of his way to help us. When it came to the installation he came to check everything was going smoothly and always made sure we were happy with the work. Some of our windows were large and a challenge to install but Josh, Kyle and the team did an excellent job.
