Gotcha Covered Blind and Decorating Center

Our experience with Gotcha Covered far exceeded our hopes and expectations. We had home visits from two designers to review options for blinds for our kitchen and extensive draperies for our family room. The personal guidance was so very helpful, and the installations were done very professionally. The cellular shades are perfect and just what we needed. The draperies have made an amazing difference in our family room, allowing us to cover our many windows and doors in such an attractive way. I cannot thank Nancy Bouck and Paula Ann Jackmore enough for their competence and support.

Very pleased with Gotcha Covered. From start to finish everything was well organized. The installer Chris was wonderful, very friendly and cares about his work. There was an issue with one of my doors due to the material. Chris and Logan did some trouble shooting and even came back to make sure the blind was hung correctly in this door. I appreciate Chris wanted to do the best job possible. I love my blinds.

This was a great experience. The salesperson Paula was very helpful, the cell shades arrived within a few weeks and the install team of Erik and Chris did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The shades fill perfectly. Alyssa in the office was very easy to work with. Definitely highly recommend.
