Great shopping experience at Bailey’s! Adele and Paul were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with everything I was looking for. They even gave great advise on which watch to give my wife for her birthday. I was thoroughly impressed with the style and ambience of their new watch section. Margarita managed the entire process of selecting an engagement ring and later, a wedding band. We were able to do this virtually as well as a full tour of the business and what they have to offer. She did an excellent job of helping me chose the right diamond and settings, which my now wife, loves! It's clear why Bailey's is a leader in the industry with their caring employees and in-house capabilities to turn around a sale very quickly. Oh, and we were on a time crunch, Margarita made it happen more than once and right on time!
