Brian at the leasing office is truly a 5 star guy! Made moving in easy, stress free. Esp coming from the mainland with what to expect, utilities, etc. Excellent communication can't thank him enough! The building is newer and the amenities are super clean, modern and nice. Parking... Is well tight, always friendly and fast but the majority of spots are tandem and compact so just be prepared for that if you have a larger car/SUV. Been here only a month so far, but can't hear my neighbors nor much if any street noise. If you're looking for a place downtown near all the public transport that is modern and new, this is the place!

Listen and listen carefully I have never had such great people that feel like family to me ! This place is gorgeous and I can’t say enough about Olivia, Grace ,and Alyssa this girls make my life so easy and make me feel like a princess. My unit is bougie and nice I love the cafe and thankful I live alone so everything is the right size for me. The crew here is so helpful and understanding if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have loved my stay here. The views are great, the whole building is renovated and new. I would recommend.

Have been living here for over a month after relocating from the Midwest. Overall I really enjoy living here. Olivia was so helpful and professional through out the entirety of the leasing process and has always made herself available to answer my questions post signing. The apartment style fits my taste. It’s modern, but yet has character. The location is perfect and it’s pet friendly which is awesome! The 24 security is also clutch and I feel really safe living in the heart of Honolulu. I highly recommend this property and looking forward to when my family is here full time.

Living here is the most amazing experience. The developers have found the perfect blend of resort style amenities and privacy. We have the benefit of a gym, jacuzzis, lovely pools and BBQ areas, but yet it still feels like "home," not a hotel. The view from the twentieth floor is incredible. I wake up every day astounded all over again at the beauty of Hawaii Kai.

I've lived here for a little over a year and absolutely love the place. Between the staff and the lavish amenities, this place is a daily typical vacation. It's one of a kind, and I can't imagine life anywhere else on the island. All of our friends like coming over for parties because of the atmosphere. Wonderful place.

One of the best, resort feeling pool areas. Can't believe this is in Hawaii guy. My brother lives here and we really like this spot for family get togethers.
