I had a great experience with these guys. I got towed here, had a few issues. (The gentleman who towed me was awesome, too, he works here as well.) They somehow, some way got it done in a day. I didn't expect that and was willing to be without the car for a day or 3. But wow, great service, great communication throughout the process. I'll be going back, if need be.

I've had multiple vehicles repaired at O'Sung and I'm always amazed by the results. They do amazing body work with perfect color matching - especially for pearl white which is known to be difficult to match. O'Sung is also one of the Tesla certified repair shops that are on island. Yun and Chen are super nice, and they will provide you with updates along the way.

Excellent service. Honestly, O'Sung has provided the best auto repair service. As a Senior woman Veteran they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and with rapid, clear and caring communication. Mahalo O'Sung.

This was my first experience with KW Auto Body ALA MOANA. No one likes to have their car damaged, so I was a little apprehensive. If I could give them a ten star rating, I would. From the moment I stepped in there I was treated with courtesy and competence. I was emailed every step of the way with updates and costs, my car was finished days before the promised date. My car looks brand new! They deliver your car back to you that has been washed, vacuumed, and the interior has been wiped down. Your statement and instructions for care are handed to you, as well as emailed to you. Such care in every aspect. Thank you KW Auto Body - ALA MOANA.

My Jeep was done sooner than expected, the parts arrived quickly, and they kept me very informed throughout the process. On top of that they did an amazing job. It looks brand new again! The paint matches perfectly too. Hopefully I never need body work done again, but if I do I will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

Martin at Kwan's was great. Fast, quality work and the cost was significantly less than I thought it would be. Martin even buffed out some scratches that were elsewhere on the car. I highly recommend Kwan's.

10/10 fast reliable service. Martin was able to help me set up an appointment after I stopped by the shop. Did a great job on the car paint and handled everything exceptionally. Definitely recommend.
