I needed to resize my wedding ring. Having purchased the ring in Denver, I was not sure how easy it would be now living in Hawaii. Thankfully there is a Ben Bridge on Oahu so I only had a short flight from Maui to Oahu. Phoebe was so great to work with. I appreciate her time, professionalism and overall demeanor. I also purchased another necklace with Phoebe’s guidance! Thanks Phoebe for being fabulous.

Over all amazing experience and great customer service. My boyfriend and I went in not looking for anything in particular and got to try on many watches. The lady who was helping us was so patient and helpful. I ended up buying the cutest watch. The sales associate resized it and gave me all the details such as the manufacturer warranty and the receipt of sale.

Fantastic customer service from Ms. Sheila. I was shopping for earrings and she helped me pick the best choice…went over every detail, very informative. Loads of beautiful items at this store. Great experience, will return soon.

Great customer service, affordable prices, and most importantly, great work! Needed some rework on some pearls I bought in Fiji, and they put them together splendidly for me! Will be returning without a doubt.
