I would like to give a great 5-star rating to Accelerations Learning Center and my daughter's mentor, Mr. B. My daughter took the Prep SSAT course at the center with Mr. B. He is incredibly passionate about teaching and has extensive experience. He focuses on providing the most essential material for the SSAT test, ensuring students get the most important content for success. He also takes great care in reviewing and correcting homework assignments. Thank you so much, Mr. B, for all your time and effort you've dedicated to teaching and encouraging my daughter. Not only did she excel in her Star Test in English and Math at school, but she was also accepted into her dream school this year! Mr. Kawelo and Ms. H are also fantastic teachers, and I deeply appreciate the dedication of everyone at Accelerations Learning Center. I highly recommend this center and Mr. B for anyone looking to make a real difference in their academic journey. Thank you.

We 100% recommend Accelerations and Mr. B to anyone, who's looking to help their child either be ready for the SSAT or improve their scores. Mr. B helped my son gain confidence and boost his score from their year prior with his enthusiasm for teaching, and useful tips for the exam. I enrolled my daughter in a different tutoring center before and they just weren't as personable as Accelerations Learning Center. They were so amazing with my daughter, you could see almost immediately her boost of confidence. I can't thank them enough! You won't be disappointed.

The Tutoring Center has a great system. My son is doing well in school, but I still want him to grow more in math, especially reading and writing. The very first step for any student who wants to register gets a free diagnostic assessment that helps them to determine where this student is academically and can recommend a program. What surprised me the most is that they even contact, coordinate and work with his elementary school teacher with my approval. So, the Tutoring Center can identify a skill that needs to be covered and they work on it. My son doesn't have to learn twice both from tutor and school. For every 20 sessions, Jules gives quick updates on what he's working on and how he's doing overall. She lays out the prints that show the progress and reports. Throughout the year, there was a communication breakdown between me and the tutoring center. Jules worked to repair and clarify for us. It shows me that she takes this job with pride and seriously. The incentives are amazing and it helps my son to get a better understanding of the value of working, earning money, saving, and buying prizes. They do provide makeups and switching times to fit my son's busy schedule with different activities. He has been going to this tutoring. My son hasn't complained about going to this tutoring center. They don't give homework, however they do focus on the quality of learning, not the quantity. I believe that they are doing at a high level of teaching and mentoring.

The Tutoring Center is a place that helps students feel comfortable in learning no matter what level they are at. The staff is super friendly and so helpful and kind. Jules runs this center with compassion and has an amazing vision for the children of Hawaii. This center is a great place for learning and feeling like you belong! I highly recommend it! I originally brought my son here a few years ago and it helped tremendously! His most recent report card was 7 A's and 1 B. I am now bringing another student who i help mentor through Common Grace. This place is a God send.

My daughter just started going here and so far it has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming. My daughter was resistant to getting reading help but the tutoring centers one and one support and rewards program has made her excited to want to come. Highly recommend to families looking to get their child tutoring.
