Was having an issue with my lift station at my business. It was way full and the pump was not pumping anything out. Had to close the bathrooms and the kitchen for the night. Texted Lehi at 6p and let him know the issue I was having. Told me he could be there the next day, thank goodness. He came at 11:20a the next day and had my issue all cleared up and pump working again quicker than I expected. Charged a reasonable fee. Was professional. Knew exactly what he was doing. This is who I will call anytime I have an issue with the lift station. He really saved me.

Called Pacific Pumping & Septic Service last minute and got a very fast courteous response. Lehi came on short notice and was impressed with his professional , knowledgeable explanations and offering long term solutions and plan to help us. Highly recommended ... Thank you again so much.

Quick response and showed up on time for multiple calls. He recommended temporary options that would save me money even though it would also cost him by decreasing the amount I need his pumping service. Applied option once already and that saved me the price of one pump.

Great local guy and business. I got affordable and professional service from Levi this morning to clean out my 1500 gallon septic tank. Lucky he came just in time because he noticed early signs that my septic system was starting to backup since I had not serviced it for at least 6 years. He got it pumped out quick and also cleaned up the whole system. He actually stayed longer to answer all my questions and brief me on how the system works and what early signs to look for to prevent any backups in the future. I wanted to update my prior review. Just this last month I had plumbing issues that were a result of the septic system that was installed. I contacted First Quality Environmental and they first apologized, then they said they would be right out to look at what was happening. Their foreman John came out and found out what the problem was. He also was very apologetic and made the repair at no cost to me. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to others. Thank you First Quality Environmental for standing behind your work.

First Quality did a great job installing my septic system. They were professional, punctual and informative about the work they performed. We dealt with some delays because of bad weather but that can be expected during the rainy season.

He upgraded our cesspool to septic on time and on budget -- a rare feat here in Hawaii. The team was kind and helpful, and he checked in on us many times long after the project was completed.
