Lehi at Pacific Pumping & Septic was a great resource for me, going way above and beyond a simple septic tank pump. My septic tank lids were covered by very large custom-poured concrete pavers, with limited access for servicing. Lehi helped me understand the issue, first over the phone, then stopping by to look at my situation firsthand. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and his input helped me to design and implement the least-invasive solution (with the invaluable help of a great plumber and a wizard of a mason). After helping me get access to the lids, and then pumping the tank, Lehi called to follow up and make sure the project was completed. I am very grateful for Lehi's help! I would definitely recommend him and his company, Pacific Pumping & Septic if you need septic servicing in the Kaneone/Kailua area.

Lehi is amazing! He was very informative on the phone while we tried to trouble shoot our problem. Onsite, he double check everything to make sure there were not other existing issues. Thankfully our problem was a septic tank that was not emptied by prior tenants and Lehi took care of that quickly. He even updated the screws on the tank lid! 10/10 would call for his services again!

Pacific Pumping came to my family’s rescue and pumped our cesspool when 4 other companies were booked solid. They were so easy going and did not hesitate when we called. That was an amazing performance! The plumber clearly explained the whole process as he did the septic tank installation. His customer service and professionalism were very laudable and commendable. He was able to do the septic tank installation right away and did it in no time. I will be calling Dr.dig again. Keep up the good work always! Good job!

I wanted to update my prior review. Just this last month I had plumbing issues that were a result of the septic system that was installed. I contacted First Quality Environmental and they first apologized, then they said they would be right out to look at what was happening. Their foreman John came out and found out what the problem was. He also was very apologetic and made the repair at no cost to me. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to others. Thank you First Quality Environmental for standing behind your work.

First Quality did a great job installing my septic system. They were professional, punctual and informative about the work they performed. We dealt with some delays because of bad weather but that can be expected during the rainy season.
