MATTRESS FIRM KAPIOLANI REVIEWS

I could not recommend a business more - this mattress firm has provided hands down the best customer service. From their patience helping me pick the mattress in the store (thank you caleenn) to their flexibility working with me on my delivery date (which I needed to change a few times). Their communication was top notch and they also price matched my mattress when it went on sale after I bought it. I didn’t need to remind them about the price matched either - they proactively reminded me and processed everything promptly. The delivery drivers came right on time as promised and they were careful to keep the mattress clean as they removed the wrapping and so friendly. They took a stressful experience and made it really wonderful. Not a lot of businesses do that for you anymore. Thank you so much.

Sam was so much help and made the process of picking out a mattress as easy as it could be! He was very knowledgeable and made sure he wasn’t just trying to sell us the most expensive mattress. Also got us a great deal which is much appreciated! Great experience and so happy with our new mattress. Thank you.

Richard was incredibly helpful in finding the best mattress for our needs. We had a tight delivery schedule and needed to find in-stock mattresses within our price range. We spent over two hours there, but he was very patient and offered us a great discount, which we really appreciated. I will definitely return if we need to purchase another mattress in the future.

SLUMBERWORLD HONOLULU REVIEWS

We recently visited SlumberWorld in search of a new bed and had a fantastic experience thanks to Mike A. From the moment we walked in, Mike greeted us warmly and asked insightful questions to understand our needs. He then guided us through the showroom, showcasing several firm mattress options that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Mike was incredibly patient as we tested various models, ensuring we found the right fit without any pressure. His professionalism and extensive knowledge of the products were evident, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. We are thrilled with our purchase and grateful for Mike's assistance in finding the perfect mattress. We highly recommend SlumberWorld and especially Mike A to anyone looking for quality sleep solutions. Thank you, Mike for your outstanding service.

Excellent care by our sales representative Jason. He was knowledgeable and patient while we tested a dozen beds many times over. We were shopping at the high end price wise so can only complain about price so much! Beauty rest Black was on sale but that only meant a few hundred dollars off an expansive mattress. However the sale also included free delivery and white glove set up - very good deal. Beauty rest is also locally made in Hawaii. I love that.

We had a fantastic experience shopping for beds. Mike A was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We also requested a last minute change prior to delivery and Mike accommodated us. So thankful and appreciative.. the beds are premium and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend SlumberWorld and be sure to ask for Mike. Thanks again, Mike.

BEDMART MATTRESS SUPERSTORES REVIEWS

We've purchased two beds from Bed Mart in the past year and a half. Very helpful and personable sales associates. They let us know all the options and various models when shopping. Told my daughter and she went to the Bed Mart on the West Side. Great experience and great people.

Brian was an awesome salesman who helped me find the perfect bed for my budget and comfort. No more back pain and I didn’t break the bank. Went in thinking about a Tempurpedic but couldn’t bring me to spend $4k on a bed. With his knowledge and help, I ended up buying the nectar bed and couldn’t be happier. Thank you!.

Best service I've ever had. Huge shout out to Hana who was able to get me the best bed I've had in over 10 years. Thanks to her knowledge and professionalism I am extremely satisfied with the purchase I made from her and will recommend anyone I know to buy a mattress from her/ bedmart.
