Excellent quality and service. I am from the UK and ordered the flowers for my relative not realising that they had gone to Japan for a short break. Wannabe florists went above and beyond to keep us informed about my order even offering a refund. My relative came home 2 days after my original delivery date and fresh flowers were delivered. This was my first experience ordering lei, so I was a bit nervous, but Nick at Cindy's Lei Shoppe was so helpful and accommodating! Even though I ordered past the deadline during a busy time, my lei came right on time (all the way to Indiana!) in flawless condition, packaged securely. I ordered 60 lei for an API commencement ceremony, and all my graduates could not be more thrilled! Would definitely recommend, and will be ordering from them again next year.
Very easy ordering online. Quick email confirmation. Had to change one of the leis after order placed & that process was very easy through email. Ordered so package would arrive the day before I needed the leis & it arrived just as expected. Beautiful leis! Will definitely use Cindy’s again!

I was so impressed with Beretania Florist. This was my first time placing an order with them. Their website arrangements looked beautiful; above and beyond any other Oahu florist. Much to my surprise the actual delivered arrangement looked exactly like the website picture. It was gorgeous! They were so helpful and communicative... In my experience with other florists, they will substitute for what they have in stock and the arrangement ends up being something completely different than what I ordered/expected. Beretania called me with other options AND had the original flowers incoming on a shipment… so I was happy they reached out and gave me options based on the urgency of the arrangement. I plan to place many more orders, and would highly recommend Beretania Florist!

Beautiful flowers available for pickup. Small shop but the options are unique and high quality. If you order in advance you can just stop by with parking on the right to give your name and pick them up. Will be ordering again and would highly recommend.
