I cannot say enough good things about Patty. I called the store from CT on Thursday afternoon to see if they could deliver flowers to a church for a memorial Service being held at 10am on Friday. I knew it was last minute, but my family had just found out about the service for a very close relative. Patty went out of her way to get it done. She came in early on Friday Morning and the flowers were at the church by 8am. The arrangement was magnificent and her care and kindness shined through that day. I will never forget her kindness and thank her from the bottom of my heart .

With less than a month notice and a bigger event that day, Patty was kind enough to make a gorgeous flower arrangement for a funeral I attended. It was perfect and beyond what I was expecting after discussing colors and flowers with her. Thank you so much!.

We had an really great experience with Honolulu Flower Lady! I'm on Maui and wanted to send flowers to a friend in the hospital on Oahu and Ella helped me out. She was so kind and reassured me the delivery would make it fresh and same day. They sent a photo of the bouquet and included a hand written note. I had called a few other places that felt very corporate but Honolulu Flower Lady felt like talking to real people who cared. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience, it was very easy to order and pick up. I ordered online at 1000 for a 4pm pickup and then contacted them to confirm, they confirmed the timing and the lei was ready when I arrived to the Waikiki stand. It definitely made our event special, thank you!.
