HONOLULU VOLKSWAGEN REVIEWS

Took our Jetta in on Friday night because it wasn’t starting and had a fuel leak. We went back on Monday to sign the estimate and approve the services. The car was ready to be picked less than 24 hrs later and the price was less than what our local autobody shop quoted us. They even washed the car at no charge.

We went into the dealership. I need a new car and they provided incredible service. Worked with us for a trade-in value for financing for rebates for warranty and made it one of the easiest transactions we’ve ever made. I’d highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle.

Ismael was my dealer and man is he the best. He helped me from a few months ago and never gave up and always made sure to help me and now I’m in the car of my dreams thank to him! God bless him & his familia and the overall customer service was amazing.. not enough stars to rate.

Antonio is a great sales person but he’s more than that. He’s a family man, and I like that in a person. He really cares about others so when you walk away with a great deal you also walk away with a great friend and he’s part of your ohana for life. Mahalo nui piha e Antonio.

Mark in the service department was great to work with on a valve cover gasket issue. What I appreciated was his honesty about the thermostat. He said it would be a good idea to do at some point, but it was not failed at this time.
