O' Sung Towing & Recovery provided an excellent experience. The dispatcher was always available to answer the phone, and while I was briefly placed on hold, I appreciated that they were responsive. They were also very kind, answering all my questions and giving me realistic expectations about the driver's arrival time. When the driver arrived, he was extremely professional and friendly, hooking up my car with ease. He even went the extra mile by offering to drop me off at the maintenance shop. I highly recommend this business for all your towing needs!

After contacting AAA to replace the battery in my vehicle, they dispatched out O'Sung Towing & Recovery. The office called to let me know my Technician was on their way. Once the Technician arrived (in under 45 minutes from calling AAA), they called to let me know they were in my parking garage and met me with a smile. The Technician, Cedric was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and explained each step along the way. He was able to replace my battery promptly and give my vehicle life again! I highly recommend O'Sung Towing & Recovery in the event you are stranded. Thank you so much!

Dayvn saved the day. I was in a super unsafe area on H1 with a flat tire. He got to me quickly as well as got me to safety. This guy knows what he’s doing and he truly care about his customers. This is the best experience I’ve ever had. Great job Osung towing.

Fast, Friendly, and Efficient! We weren’t able to start our car ourselves and had a car appointment coming up, so we called Hawaii Towing Company after a quick search and seeing the reviews. They were fast to answer and gave a 45 minute to hour estimate due to currently handling another car job. Not only did he make it within 30 minutes, but he also did a quick check on the car to see if it would start without having to tow. He ended up being able to jump it and recommended driving to a mechanic to check out the battery. All around nice guy and a great experience! I recommend Hawaii Towing Company and would definitely use their services again if I’m ever in need of a tow.

Great experience. Our vehicle broke down over the weekend and needed to be towed to an authorized dealer. We changed our pickup time about three times and they were flexible and understanding of our situation. We finally settled on 6:30am and George was there exactly on time. He was professional, easy to work with, and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service and personable people! I had to schedule a tow on the military base and the driver (didn’t catch his name) was there early! My previous experience with other towing companies on the island involved hour-long waits and this was a welcome reprieve to that. Had my car out of a tight parking lot and to the auto shop in less than half an hour. Driver was awesome! Highly recommended, I will be using them for all my future tows.

Excellent Service, and took great care our car. And he helped me with shipping my car, explained the process and who I should talk to and gave great advice, we highly recommend!

Amazing service, great communication. They worked with me via text while I was at work and took care of everything, including before and after pictures, online invoicing and prompt replies.
