From start to finish, the experience was very positive. Jae and the team were easy to contact and very responsive. Setting up an initial consult was easy, and installation was on time and professional. Daniel and Ray took their time to ensure the installation was done right and everything looked and functioned well before leaving. Even after the shades were installed, Jae came by the next day to make sure everything looked good and I was satisfied. I feel Jae is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, which I appreciate. In addition, there is a lifetime warranty! Thank you A blinds for doing a great job, being on time, and having great customer service. For any future blind needs, I will be using A blinds.

Jae from A Blind is truly the best. He is a perfectionist, and will not stop until everything is installed absolutely perfect. He's detailed, caring, and very knowledgeable about the different types of Blinds, and what they are most suitable for. We are truly happy with all the window Blinds he provided and installed! He really takes care of his customers and followup to make sure you are completely satisfied! Also, he offered us the best price we could find in Honolulu.

I needed a curtain rail for my ceiling because our old one was dented and scratched and wouldn’t roll the curtain smoothly. After failed attempts at finding a new rail, I went to Wong’s Drapery and Nathan and Matt were kind enough to help me choose the correct rail for my curtain. Once I paid, Matt was one enough to cut the rail to my dimensions and prepare everything in plastic wrapping for easy transport. Awesome work, we actually bought our first set of drapes at Wong’s Drapery in 2008; glad to know that the quality of service is still there. Mahalo again.

Wong's drapery boasts a large selection of drapes and curtains; from affordable to luxury lines. Their shop has a cozy at-home atmosphere where I could browse through their wise selection with peace of mind. I had my curtains done from elsewhere mere 3 years ago but they did not last long due to strong UV rays. I am a first time customer at Wong's drapery but already, the quality of their fabric is second to none and the curtains are way lighter with better blockage of both sunlight and noise from outside. Mr. Wong and all the staff are very friendly and they know how to cater to the different needs of every customers.

Great selection of drapes and various window covering options. Good prices. Locally owned for many decades - worth supporting! Nice staff too.

He also quickly ordered me the corrected shade length for one of my windows. I'm happy that I was able to invest in my Norman Smart Drapes. These motorized roller shades by Insolroll are the best roller shades I've ever purchased! It was worth the extra cost! everything is designer grade, the cassette valences are seamlessly designed. It operates quietly, precision-based! Attractive. Has just the right about of visibility through the shades while blocking just the right amount of light and heat. Awesome shades.
