I used Artesian for the first time by finding them online and am extremely pleased with their service. i called and got an appt the next day and repair was done within 5 hours after diagnostic of problem of leaking fluid. Involved ordering parts and then labor time for repair. My car is running smoothly. I don't know much about cars so have put faith in this company to be fair and honest.

I have recently been to Artesian Auto Repair 2 times for auto repairs. Aaron, who did my first repair and helped on the 2nd is very honest and knows his mechanics. Everyone is very professional and are very curtious to customers. There prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I've been to numerous auto mechanic companies across the mainland and a few big name auto places on the island and Artesian auto is my favorite.

I was a bit apprehensive finding a new shop after moving recently but took a friends recommendation for Artesian and could not be happier. This has to be one of the best auto repair shops I've ever been to. The team was communicative with me throughout the process. They called me each step of the way to keep me updated on the work I'd need and explained everything while answering all my questions. The best part was that they were so quick! They stuck to their timelines and even with some unforeseen work needed, I got my car back in a timely manner. I will be taking all my vehicles to Artesian from now on.

I brought my car here to get the oil change / tire rotation/ alignment. They did wonderful job, and the service was good! It’s convenient for me to bring car in one place to have everything done, becoz I know there’s not all the store does alignment. So yeah, I will definitely come back again to get my car services done.

We went in for a hopeful fix and waited in the parking lot for 2 hours hoping they could take us. As soon as they opened, we asked for help. Sean didn’t hesitate. Javin was kind and compassionate. They’re a great team. When we are due for tires, we will be back to see only them BECAUSE of them. Thank you so much for being so amazing.

Your mechanic Ron found the problems I didn’t know I had. He didn’t just tell me but showed me the problem and what it would happen if it went unfixed. He showed and treated me with respect and concern for my safety. I will continue to bring my car, and feel safe driving it. My respect for Midas for having such an honest, hard working and caring mechanic (RON). Thanks to Mr. Ron big time.

Starkey's Auto was amazing! I was worried about my tires since I’ve never had issues with my car before, but they got me in for a quick appointment right away. They checked everything thoroughly, made sure I felt safe, and took the time to explain everything. Great service and a wonderful team.

I recently had an oil change, my cv axles assembly and sway bar links changed on my Toyota Avalon along with a wheel alignment done on my Tahoe. I will definitely recommend Starkey's as a must go to for any type of auto repairs. Very welcoming people, trust worthy and knowledgeable staff. A special "Thanks" to Kai in the front office for making it all happen like clock work and a special thanks to the mechanics for a superior job! A big "Mahalos" to all.
