Just want to take a moment to thank a team member at this Auto Zone. A few weeks ago Marvin helped me out with a fix finder test and I also had a question on why one of my dashboard lights kept popping up even though there was no issue and shouldn’t be popping up. I got a little confused and asked him if he could write down these directions he was explaining for me (my memory is not the best) he gladly did in detail, with a smile on his face. Great customer service. Definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Left my battery is here to charge so that they could be tested in the morning to see if they were good the staff was friendly staff was helpful they were willing to take the batteries overnight and charge them for us so they tell me whether or not they're good or bad and a great experience here quick line good help good staff good experience.

Went in to get wipers, the guys were very helpful and installed them for me. I was so happy with the help and great customer service. Thank you.

This o'Reilly store is always on point. Some real good employees, Frank, and Rita are the best. I always get what I need when I go in there.

Friendly and fast service. I came in on a Tuesday morning so it was rather empty. Told them my car model and year and they brought the new battery to me and took my old battery away. Would definitely come here again for my next battery.

I was looking for a specific battery. They did not have it in stock so the clerk got on his computer and printed out the address of the next closest store for me after he confirmed they had one on their shelf.

Napa seems to have all the parts that you could possibly need for your automobile and if they don't they will order it how much smoother can that be for all the quick items oil transmission fluid fluids for your car will always be there and accessible in and out in 5 minutes!
