This is the second time I’ve rented from iCelebrate, and both times it was very smooth and easy. I added what I needed to my cart, I got notified via text the day before what my estimated delivery and pickup would be. The delivered team came during their time slot for drop off and delivery. It was easy. Their linens are great, and I thought the quality of their silverware and drinkware was great too. If I ever need to host another larger event, I’ll most likely use them again!
Terrific end to end experience with reservation through delivery and pick up of a 20X30 tent for our son's wedding reception. Website is easy to navigate and customer service super-responsive. The polite delivery team arrived on time for both drop off and pick-up. The tent was high quality and cost far less than what other event rental companies were requesting for the same service. Our experience with iCelebrate was wonderful! The guys that work here understands customer service. So we had a big birthday party for my daughter's birthday, the order was huge- consisting of chiavari chairs, heaters, tables, linen, and even their karaoke system! The setup was fast, and the equipment was clean. When they left, we noticed we were missing 5 chairs. So we immediately call them and they IMMEDIATELY delivered the chairs with no hassle. We rented a canopy tent for our driveway in the central valley. We rented a 30x40 tent with decorations and it was absolutely beautiful. They did an amazing job in setting it up and then taking it down. The owner was really easy to deal with and trustworthy. We would absolutely use them again for our next event.
For my daughter's wedding we rented our tables, chairs,etc. from GN Rentals and we were extremely impressed by their professionalism, great work and patience during the wedding time. They were very accommodating and worked with us till the end which made such stressful times so much easier. I will highly recommend GN Rentals to anyone and everyone.
