I had a 30 year old loveseat reupholstered. Because everything new out there is crap. Cheaply made, and I couldn't see putting my old but well made loveseat in the landfill. A friend recommended Aby's and I'm glad she did. So many fabric choices but Aby and Fernando helped me from the very beginning to the end. I got a brand new loveseat back. The fabric is gorgeous and the seats are firm just like I wanted them. I also had some large cushions from a sofa restuffed. They came out beautifully too. Thankyou Aby's...I will be back and will spread the word.

Our couch is about 40 years old and it had seen better days, with torn leather and old foam as well as a collapsed steel frame. We asked Aby’s Upholstery to take a look at it, and they were so helpful and helped us find a matching Italian leather. We have now what looks like a brand new, top quality, leather couch. Ready for another 40 years! Thank you for the hard work!

My mother had two vintage chairs that were purchased in the 60's. The seller said they came out of Hearst Castle, San Simeon, CA. The worn and soiled printed fabric had to go after 50 years. Had George and Paul and his team re-upholster from quality fabric we supplied and purchased at a store in Milpitas, CA. George recommended Naugahyde on the arms. The re-upholstered work was done perfectly and they look wonderful. Highly recommended.

Stellar work! I had two chairs which belonged to my Great grandmother. They were re-done in the late Sixties in a horrid fabric. Paul knew exactly how to get the look I wanted with these in a high quality dark vinyl called "Vintage Port". Along with antique nail head trim they are truly classy and beautiful now. See before and after!

Great service even for small jobs. I had the foam replaced in my couch cushions and was extremely pleased with the results. Now I don’t sink down in my couch! Would definitely use them again for small or large jobs.

SAN JOSE CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY REVIEWS

Pierre and team did an excellent reupholstery job on my wife’s favorite Mr. chair and hassock. Our cats had their way with this Ethan Allan set for a few years so they looked terrible but uber comfortable. The good folks at SJ Custom Upholstery made both prices better than new. My only observation is that like many artistic folks, they could be more organized & have a standard quote/estimation sheet. I made one for our project so we would have a point of reference. It’s not a big deal but good to know going in. It’s still a 5 star service in my book.

These guys are amazing to work with. I bought the fabric separately, even though they have a huge selection, and they were accepting, met their deadline, priced great, and super quality. What more could you want. I highly recommend.

Dan and David did a great job on our living room chairs and sofa. In addition Dan’s customer service has been excellent. Quality and service, what more can you ask for? I heartily recommend anyone looking for an upholstery to call Dan.
