I appreciate Carlos’ assistance. He was genuine. He didn’t try to enforce a sale but remained available in case we needed him to clarify the questions we had. He cared to make sure we got the furniture that will fulfill its use in our home and was very accommodating of the check out process. Very efficient service and a good communicator. Last week went into to look at some dining tables and were very friendly to begin with. A few days ago we visited the Ashley Blossom Hill store to look and test out a sofa sleeper we saw on-line. The sofa itself exceeded our expectations in size, comfort, color & ease of pulling out the bed.
