Would highly recommend this place if you need to get body work done to your vehicle. They are super professional. The customer service was amazing from beginning to end. They keep the customer well informed and provide timely update as the vehicle is being worked on. Almost daily text messages to let us know where in the process the vehicle was. Honest place that did great work. Made the car look like no damage was ever done to it. Thank you.

Caliber provides the best customer service experience ever! They really made sure that I wanted for nothing. They assisted in getting the rental car, kept me updated, and did fantastic work to get my truck back to me as quickly as possible. My truck looks good as new now.

I had a very positive experience with the entire process. Eddie was very proactive in sending updates about the vehicle progress. He also accommodated my request to expedite the repair since I had to travel, and delivered the vehicle ahead of estimated time.

Because of him, we got our vehicle back for our daughter’s weekend birthday party. Thank You, Fix Team…for stellar service.

The staff was friendly, professional and walked me through the entire process—making the experience easy. I don’t wish anyone to get into a car accident but if one does, this would be the best place to go for repairs.
